Consent first
Explain what file is needed and why before accepting an upload.
Minimum data
Do not collect extra identifiers when a print job can be completed without them.
Private storage
Uploads should be private, encrypted where appropriate and accessible only through authenticated/expiring links.
Role-based access
Staff see only jobs they need to process. Admin actions should be logged.
Automatic deletion
Delete temporary files after the service window and clear local/browser caches on shared production devices.
