Lawful and authorized use
Users may submit only files and information they are entitled to use and process. Do not upload another person’s identity data without lawful authorization.
Independent service
The website should not be represented as a government authority unless it actually is one or has explicit authorization. Official services remain subject to the issuing authority’s rules.
Account security
Users are responsible for protecting passwords and OTPs. Support staff should never request a user’s password or one-time code.
Prohibited activity
No impersonation, forged documents, unauthorized record access, harmful uploads, abuse of third-party systems or attempts to bypass security controls.
Service availability
Printing and account features may change. Production terms should state pricing, refunds, support windows and jurisdiction based on the actual business setup.
